A special note about Lenz Field. On Saturday September 13 Jacksonville, IL received approximately 5 inches of rain during the night from the remains of hurricane Ike. Lenz Field was playable 20 minutes after it stopped raining Sunday afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lenz Field purchases 16.5 acres directly north of Lenz Field!!!! Construction on 3 new fields, including 2 high school sized fields, to begin this fall.
