Hitting “ZONE” Memebership and Team Rental packages for 2010:
The Hitting “ZONE” is open to group members, private lessons and individuals participating in a Hitting “ZONE” winter league or team program.
Memberships at the Hitting “ZONE” can be :
Single person membership
Two person membership
Three person membership
Four person membership
All hitting groups must pre-register (forms available at www.lenzfield.com) in advance of using the facility. Each group must provide an adult group leader and an adult group assistant leader. One of the group leaders must attend a group leader meeting to learn how to set up facility, run machines, run heat, run fans, registration process, etc. All groups must have one approved adult group leader present at all times when using the facility. Group leader meetings are TBA or by appointment with JD Long. To make an appointment email jdlong@lenzfield.com.
** Hitting times are reserved at the beginning of the month for the entire month(s). Groups can reserve days as soon as payment is made. Payments may be made as many months in advance as group prefers. No daily reservations. Reservations are one hour per reservation** Reservations include one cage per group. If other cages are not being used, group may use more than one cage. To begin a membership in the middle of the month email jdlong@lenzfield.com for details.

1 lesson: $40

Option #2:
1) Groups sign up for monthly times at beginning of month, for the entire month. No daily reservations. Members can hit up to 2 times per week per group. To begin a membership in the middle of the month email jdlong@lenzfield.com for details.
- 4 person group: $160 per group/$40 per person per month
- 3 person group: $120 per group / $40 per person per month
- 2 person group: $90 per group / $45 per person per month
- 1 person group: $50 per person per month
Option #3:

- 4 person group: $220 per group/$55 per person per month
- 3 person group: $180 per group / $60 per person per month
- 2 person group: $130 per group / $65 per person per month
- 1 person group: $70 per person per month
Option #4:

- 4 person group: $240 per group/$60 per person per month
- 3 person group: $195 per group / $65 per person per month
- 2 person group: $140 per group / $70 per person per month
- 1 person group: $75 per person per month
Option #5: Team rental
1 hour team rentals. Entire Facility: $75 per practice
Hitting Zone Rules
1) No walk in beverages or food allowed. Water is provided for $1 per bottle.
2) No swinging bats outside of cages.
3) Helmets must be on at all times when inside a cage.
4) No player or group may hit alone. Group leader must be present at all times.
5) Players must provide their own helmets.
6) Players must provide their own bats
7) T work and soft toss allowed in cages only.
8) No refunds
9) Liabiiity Policy:
In consideration of the The Hitting “ZONE” @ Lenz Field and Lenz Field, LLC, furnishing services, lessons, facilities and/or equipment to enable me to participate in indoor baseball and softball training activities (collectively, the ìactivitiesî). I agree as follows: I fully understand and acknowledge that: a) risks and dangers exist in my use of indoor baseball and softball training facilities and equipment and my participation in the Activitiesí b) my participation in the Activities and/or us of such facilities and equipment my result in my injury or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, other ailments that could cause serious disability or death; c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligent acts of omissions of the owners, employees, officers, members, manager or agents of this facility, the negligent acts of omissions of participants, the negligent acts of omissions of others, reckless acts, intential acts, breaches of contract, forces of nature or other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes; and d) by my participation in the Activities and/or use of the facilities and/or equipment, I hereby assume all risks and danger and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, members, managers, employees of The Hitting “ZONE” @ Lenz Field and Lenz Field, LLC, or any other persons, including without limitation, unintentional and intentional acts. I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to and hereby effectively do release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify The Hitting “ZONE”@ Lenz Field and Lenz Field, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of indoor baseball and softball training equipment or my participation in the Activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claim or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, officers or employees of The Hitting “ZONE” @ Lenz Field and Lenz Field, LLC.
The above programs and prices are subject to change from month to month based on demand and availability of the facility.
