Player Summaries:
#25 Thorman: A new member to the Warriors program. USSSA JR All State selection in 2012. Lead off hitter with amazing speed. Excellent left handed pitcher.
#29 Tanner: Another new member to Warriors program. USSSA JR All State selection in 2012. Left handed hitter with power. Excellent pitcher with great control. Will compete for #1 spot in the rotation
#12 Lenz: 2012 USSSA All State selection. Outstanding catcher. Will be in starting rotation as a pitcher. Team leader
#5 Maul: Because of Ryan’s speed he will be moving to the outfield in 2013. Excellent control pitcher. Has been in Warriors program since the age of 4
#7 Hendricks: 2012 USSSA Jr All State selection. Will battle for #1 pitching spot in the rotation. Great speed.
#11 Lindsey: Returns as one of the top control pitchers in the state of Illinois.
#36 Apps: Great athlete and will be top outfielder in the area. Will also be the closer on the mound
#21 Richie: Starting second baseman. Outstanding defensive player. Qualifies for 9u and will most likely lead the Southern IL All State 9u team in 2013
#10 Ezard: Returns as the ace of the staff. Very hard thrower. Also returns as the teams top hitter and will hit 3rd for the Warriors.
#32 Lansaw: Great young hitter. Expected to move up the batting order in 2013. Had a great fall pitching and will add depth to the staff

2012 FALL BASEBALL RESULTS: THE 10U WARRIORS HAD A SHORT TWO WEEK FALL SEASON AFTER FOOTBALL WAS DONE. THE TEAM ONLY HAD ONE PRACTICE, BUT FINISHED THE FALL SEASON WITH A PERFECT 7-0 RECORD. PITCHING DEPTH WAS THE KEY TO SUCCESS, AS ALL 11 WARRIORS PITCHED AT SOME POINT IN THE FALL SEASON.
